Implementation of theDigital transformation of Invest NI customer services. I have 4 years experience customising the Invest NI Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform to enable the delivery of end to end digital customer services on our customer portal. I have developed facilities to enable new clients to register and apply to become clients of Invest NI and to apply for support for 40+ support programmes. I delivered the services to enable NI business to apply for 8 Covid 19 business support programmes which delivered c£250m to c20k businesses in Northern Ireland.

Sirius supplied turnkey solutions including Training, Installation and Support. The core of the system was an extensive back office database software application which I personally designed and developed to meet the business requirements of clients. The system provided stock control, ordering, Electronic Data Interfaces to wholesalers, reporting and financial control. In addition to the back office application, I have also designed and implemented links to various peripheral devices and systems. I have used various programming languages and tools and I have considerable experience working with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.

I carried an in depth analysis of existing procurement which previously used a mixture of computerised and manual processes. The solution I produced was required to satisfy operational, financial management, public procurement, and geographic business requirement. The system interfaces were designed to cater for use by tradesmen, professional engineers, clerical and financial personnel. The system was deployed across all the estates services locations in the Western Health Board area covering Tyrone, Fermanagh and Derry.
