This included managing all aspects of a highly automated centralized accounts receivable office, including fielding an average of 2,100 phone inquiries a day via our call center. I managed an office of 180 employees providing nationwide services to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. I managed over $2.5 billion a year in receivables. I put practices in place that increased our call capacity by 44% to over 500K calls a year. I decreased the processing time by 50% for transaction requests without increasing overall costs.
