The company spacializes in hardware design, software development, advance sensor systems and other solutions to provide quality multidiscipilinary projects for our clients.As the International Project Manager, I oversee the full lifecycle of development projects on behalf of our global clientele. I work cross- functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at different levels to support all project development and system integration.I work out bottlenecks and escalation conflicts, while keeping the focus on the client's business priorities. I oversee the formulation of quality assurance programs, time management strategies and risk and mitigation strategies. I also coordinate with the engineering team to coordinate vision and development, and analyze their work to ensure accuracy.
