During a legal career in private practice approaching 20 years, Tom has worked for a number of commercial law firms including global US firm, DLA Piper and most recently as partner with Knights plc. His transaction experience is extensive having led and acted on a range of international and domestic M&A transactions, with particular expertise in private equity and with fast growth businesses.
