I'm a partner with Ernst & Young (EY) where I advise clients on a wide variety of complex business problems. As a member of the firm's Forensic & Integrity Services practice my focus is leading high stakes investigations of financial fraud and advising clients on corporate governance, compliance and controls.Representative recent projects include advising senior management, boards of directors and their legal counsel on the financial aspects of complex government investigations, litigation support and M&A due diligence. This includes large scale data analysis and quantifying the economic impact of disputed conduct. I lead numerous projects performing compliance program assessments as an Independent Review Organization related to Corporate Integrity Agreements. I also advise EY audit teams on assessing fraud risks in a financial statement audit and on the financial reporting implications of business disputes.My client work over 25 years has included all industry sectors with a particular focus on health and life sciences including five years serving as the Forensics practice's global sector leader for those industries.
