I worked for a boutique fund and asset manager with a successful track record of more than 20 years. I joined to set up one of the first BTR funds, targeting single family housing (SFH) nationwide. I headed up acquisition and transactions. The fund vehicle was sold to another fund manager at the start of 2016.

Dorchester Real Estate Asset Management was an asset manager for institutional funds and private equity investing in residential ground rents. I joined at start up and was Head of Commercial Operations, in charge of acquisitions and investments and structuring the transactions as well as business development, investor relations and growing and developing the funds.
