Coach and MSc student a holding a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Sport Coaching and P.E. Driven by a passion to help athletes achieve their dreams in performance sport. Currently working as Assistant Coach to the Head Coach and Director of Loughborough Swimming's High Performance Squad on a 2 year placement. Supporting athletes in achieving their performance goals, including preparation for the 2023/24 European Championships, Doha 2024 World Aquatics Championships and Paris 2024 Olympic Games.I enjoy furthering my learning through academics and learning through others. Upon finishing my degree, I presented my research project of ‘How Parent-coaches can Hinder or Nurture Youth Athlete Development’ at the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences Conference 2023. I believe in the mantra Ubuntu, meaning I am because we are, a value in which I aim to uphold in my everyday lifestyle and especially when working with athletes to build a positive performance culture.
