I have the great privilege of leading the way for educating professionals in the HVAC industry with a top quality training Team!I have had the privileged of being in the trades since I was 18 years old. This provides 40 years in the mechanical trades, not limited to the HVAC industry, but also in building maintenance and industrial laundry, dry cleaning equipment, manufacturing and service.This journey in the HVAC industry began riding as an apprentice in the service trucks of a large, full service residential and commercial company. Experience ranges from small residential splits and package equipment up to 400 ton chillers, central station air handlers, direct fired make-up air units and have certifications for servicing natural gas, propane and fuel oil equipment as well as heat pumps including variable speed DC technology.Previous roles as, technician, service manager, salesman, sales manager and trainer provided a wealth of understanding and applications as Fujitsu training is developed and implemented.Previously, as a regional Service Manager for a major global Air Conditioning manufacturer's distributor I gained insights into the air conditioning industry and brought away, not only knowledge of the equipment but how to deal with customers, warranty and other complex issues. I attended the Dale Carnegie course in public speaking and human relations. After successfully completing this interactive course, I was voted by the class, as a top participant and was invited to return as a graduate assistant. I later served as a graduate assistant during two subsequent Dale Carnegie courses.Training for HVAC requires a visual and experiential perspective that provides insight to the learner based on their own experience and knowledge. It is imperative that training and Instructors have the ability to interact with their audience and find ways to focus both materials and message to the needs of the individuals in the room. Or now, outside of a room! Today, we have the ability to interact live on the internet. The Fujitsu Team is focused on providing this and making training contractors need the most easy to get to and to attend.
