Thank you for viewing my profile. By way of introduction I’d describe myself as a forward thinking individual with extensive leadership experience across the enterprise value chain. My leadership roles have successfully spanned Business Strategy, Product Portfolio, Marketing, Operations, Managed Services and Technical Support. In people terms I've been responsible for discreet teams through to whole divisions employing many hundreds, in financial terms for £ multi-million P&L and in operational terms for service delivery towards blue chip client bases representing many hundreds of thousands of end users and communications infrastructure of national importance.I've been entrusted with and successfully led multiple business change programs driven by technology, market or directional developments and have extensive experience of fixed and mobile Unified Communications whether delivered on CPE or Hosted (Cloud) platforms with Opex or Capex based funding.Equally adept in functional leadership or individual contributor / consultancy roles. I'd describe my nature as good humored with a positive outlook on life. I do enjoy the challenges of addressing complex business issues.
