The BDM role is a great way for me to develop my influencing and collaboration skills, in my existing role I work alongside Completions and Underwriter departments all the way through to Marketing campaigns and Senior Leadership Functions to create great broker and good customer outcomes.I’ve a consistent and strong knowledge of mortgage market and property finance trends, over the past few years I’ve worked with adverse credit/ credit impaired, buy to let, and complex property requirements. I enjoy being the point of contact for my brokers and take pride in ensuring they’re as up to date as possible with lending policy and lending criteria.Productive and proactive networker, with the ability to identify key stakeholders, develop and maintain relationships in all communication forms relishing the opportunity to represent the Business and at industry events and forums.I enjoy taking ownership for a sales and business plan, and now have a proven track record across multiple jobs at creating effective plans.At Pepper I’m a part of the fundraising & volunteering team where we look to organise opportunities across the business for employees to spend their volunteering time. I’ve arranged time with Manchester City Council and the Mustard Tree in the last year. This represents a strong alignment with my values & our ESG strategy. Outside of work, I’m always busy, whether that be playing hockey, supporting my boyhood football club Wolves, or out and about at a music gig, all of which naturally align to being a social team player.I’ve studied professional qualifications with IFS and CII in Regulations and Ethics, Financial Protection, Mortgages and Advanced Mortgage Advice. CeMAP Unit 1, R01, R05, CF6, R07 and have CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice.
