I managed the Navitas Higher Education recruitment network throughout Greater China, Mongolia, South Korea and Japan. The region encompasses 8 regional offices, a large-scale agent distribution network and the recruitment of a high proportion of Navitas' global student recruitment annually.My role assumed primary responsibility for the sales of our higher education programs located in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as providing leadership to the overall legal, financial and human resources aspects of our operations in Greater China and North Asia.

I managed a Regional Sales team that works from 7 offices throughout South and South East Asia. Our offices are based in: New Delhi, Lahore, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok. The role oversaw the recruitment of international students to our network of on-campus university programs in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Europe, as well as the compliance and administrative aspects of managing our network of representative offices throughout the region.

I assumed overall responsibility for the management of both the sales and operational aspects of a multi-site network of Sales Specialists in Mainland China. Working across 3 locations (Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou), this role required me to lead and manage a team of approximately 15 staff managing sales through key accounts across all areas of Mainland China. The role also required me to assume responsibilty for the operations (legal, human resources and financial) of the Navitas China recruitment operation.
