Shandong Head Co., Ltd. is an independent producer of cellulose ethers, established in 1992 in Zibo, China. With two production plants in dedicated industrial zones, a headquarter in the commercial centre and a dedicated sales-office in The Netherlands, over 600 people are employed by Shandong Head.A combined production area of 290.000 square meters and an annual production capacity of 37.000 metric tonnes make Shandong Head amongst the largest of its kind in Asia. In addition, both production plants are covered by ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification, as well as producing cellulose ethers that comply with kosher and halal regulations.Shandong Head Europe B.V., a sales-office with warehousing in the port of Rotterdam, will provide optimal service to new and existing customers throughout Europe.
