As the IT Support Manager for MyPinpad (a global fintech organisation), I oversaw the day-to-day activities of the company's IT department. Primary Role: Providing Application Support for Optimal's SynTQ product which is used across the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Maintaining the Optimal both at customer locations both in the UK and around the world. I have been responsible for supporting customers both remotely and occasionally on-site. SynTQ is used to trigger real time events in production lines as well as collecting data from spectroscopy & chromatography equipment. Worked at Computershare (a global financial administrations provider) within their Share Plans department as a technical data analyst, I was employed by CS for my data & reporting skills (inc SQL skills) and because of my experience in project management. During my time there I built upon experience in analysing and manipulating data as well as enhancing my project management skills.On a daily basis, I was responsible for both managing data projects and producing data solutions. These solutions would take the form of collecting data from the internal SCRIP system and manipulating it into whatever specified format the internal client or client teams specified, so that could be used for analytical purposes. I worked for over 7 years at Media Maintenance Company Limited providing IT and web design intially but also was involved in Audio Visual installation and project management. Much of my work involved travelling between Bristol, London & Darlington.
