I started my life in IT on the Global IT Service Desk at JPMorgan in 2005. I then progressed on to the Global Operations Team in 2007, covering 24x7 support for Mainframe, Midrange, Unix, and Cisco Networks. In 2010 I joined LV as a Senior Operations Analyst, covering Autosys, Scheduling, and Linux. In early 2015, I took role as a Unix Infrastructure Analyst, providing support for RHEL, Layer 7 API, F5, Autosys, and SSL management. This role was TUPE'd from LV to Allianz Technology in April 2020.Since December 2021 I have been the Infrastructure Lead for the Microsoft, Storage, and Virtualisation platform teams. My role has been to lead the on premise and off shore teams of engineers, focusing not only on the resilience and availability across the multiple platforms, but the success and performance of the engineers. I have been on point for the cost management of the estate licenses, as well as the operational costs across each platform. From January 2024, and in addition to the role of Platform Lead, I have been appointed Cloud Product Owner. This entails ensuring the direction and focus of the Cloud Infrastructure agile squads meets that of the roadmaps and desired outcome of the key stakeholders.
