Led Zipline tours through the Garibaldi Mountain Range in British Columbia. This involved leading groups of up to 12 guests safely through the course whilst providing local knowledge on the surrounds and wildlife. I assisted in training processes of new staff, taking new employees on tours during their shadowing period to provide experience and advice, ensuring they were capable of leading a tour safely.

Lead White Water Rafting tours of up to 6 guests on the Green River in Whistler, British Columbia. I ensured the safety of guests in isolated environments through clear instruction and leadership, providing support to those who felt uncomfortable. Required strong communication skills as well as the ability to think quickly under pressure and solve any problems that arose, given the location of the work.

Worked as a seasonal cook in a high volume restaurant, serving up to 2000 customers per day. Learned and maintained knowledge of over 20 different dishes, ensuring meticulous preparation and quality in a fast paced environment. Communication within the team, as well as strong organizational skills, were essential to ensure no food shortages occur during the rush.

Carried out an internship at Freshfields where I worked in a team to complete a case study project, where I was able to increase my knowledge around law, and carry out a debate where I worked in a team to argue that PR is the main motivation for responsible business.
