Lead regions manufacturing sites to effectively serve our customers in a manner that supports IMMI’s corporate mission, culture and objectives. Guide the week-to-week, month-to-month and quarter-to quarter and year to year activities to balance between the urgent/tactical and the important/strategic initiatives.Lead the regions Operational Excellence (OpX) journey to develop and empower the teams and individuals within the teams. This includes overseeing continued performance to sustain existing certification levels as well as the future progression to advanced certification levels. Develop regional strategies and facility layouts as necessary to accommodate changing business conditions and product innovations.Ongoing S&OP performance planning responsibility for the region to achieve P&L expectations.

Lead development of all operational activities for IMMI in Zilina, Slovakia. Build the IMMI-Slovakia team to effectively serve our customers. Define, implement and develop critical teams to support the corporate global strategic plan. Responsibility for the management and development of all operations and groups in the Slovak facility, including production, manufacturing materials, manufacturing engineering, design and related activities within the company as they relate to the facility in the Europe. Provide leadership in all of these areas in a manner to support our corporate culture, profitability, cash flow and return-on-investment objectives.

Set up and launch the manufacturing operation for IMMI in Wuxi, China. Build the IMMI-China team to effectively serve our Asia customers. Define, implement and develop critical teams to support the corporate global strategic plan. Responsibility for the management of all China facility sales and marketing activities, manage production, manufacturing materials, manufacturing engineering, design and related activities within the company as they relate to the facility in the China. Provide leadership in all of these areas in a manner to support our corporate culture, profitability, cash flow and return-on-investment objectives.
