Responsible for implementing and managing Okta SSO and User Identity using Success Factors/Active Directory as the record of truth. Sizmek used a multiple profile master model to allow certain fields to be mastered by different apps. Okta was also used to automate group membership based on user profile data. These groups are then pushed to downstream apps like G Suite, Office 365 and Atlassian.Sizmek was built by acquiring different companies. This meant there were duplicate systems that needed to integrated, I managed several projects to migrate/integrate the different messaging and data storage systems into single unified systems. This included migrating 1400 accounts from Office 365 to G Suite while maintaining message flow and data accessibility.

Responsible for implementing and managing Okta SSO and User Identity using Workday as the record of truth. Streamlined onboarding process by creating automated workflows that create critical system accounts for new employees. This reduced the set-up time required for a new employee to from days to minutes.By Integrating multiple cloud and on prem systems into Otka we were able to automate the provisioning and de-provisioning process. This saved the company 33% in licensing cost.Implemented DMARC to protect our brand by preventing unauthenticated parties from sending mail from our domain.
