Representing the Maspica range of premium footwear from Sixton Peak in the UK market, I engage directly with end-users to mitigate time-loss incidents resulting from footwear related concerns. Positioned at the forefront of Keypoint and Sixton brand development, I am instrumental in enhancing brand visibility within the industry.My daily responsibilities encompass conducting footwear clinics and delivering on-site support to proactively address lower limb complaints or injuries arising from ill-fitting or subpar footwear. Utilising the Secosol Complete+, Medicapteurs T-Plate for wearer assessments, my expertise are supported by comprehensive training from HCPC podiatry and lower anatomy courses.In addition to providing technical training and demonstrations to our existing distribution partners, Health and Safety teams, and on-site occupational health professionals, of which I draw on my knowledge from Satra's SAFT training program. I’ve had exposure to European manufacturing processes from raw materials and the way to quality control and extensive product and materials testing.I was entrusted with overseeing the stock profile, including listing, and delisting of UK stock lines, and accountable for achieving margin and unit targets in the UK, with regular reporting to senior directors.My role extended to negotiating strategic commercial deals, incentives, and impactful marketing campaigns with distribution partners. I actively contribute to the development of commercial and advertising materials, elevating the brand's presence in the market.Furthermore, I orchestrate and participate in trade events and exhibitions to effectively showcase the brand and its cutting-edge technologies.
