I specialise in developing a school-friendly, service-based education syllabus and activity to further develop soft skills in students. I work with the Director to promote our charity work in schools and to spread awareness of refugee issues in schools. I also lead the merger between Progressive Education HK and T4C Refugees HK

As Director of Education and Community Partnerships, I am also in charge of mapping out a vision for a new centre for excellence and learning: the Change Excellence Academy. As Chair of this Vision, I:- Created the new curriculum- Introduced a stronger pastoral aspect, with mindfulness and digital engagement courses- Created an experiential learning package, the Your Vision programme, which will premiere at the CEA- In charge of hiring new teaching staff

Responsibilities:- Hiring necessary staff and interns for ChangeMedia's Education staff- Interviewing headteachers, educators, and other thinkers- Conducting a weekly op-ed on Education

- I developed a mindfulness-based, positive learning syllabus optimised to be tailored for students, fit for the digital age. - Worked with students and schools to learn about the flaws of the modern education system, developing new teaching methods for students- Created a one-month long teaching schedule fit for the digital age and the attention spans of teenagers, as well as stages of emotional development, fit for all students

- In-house education expert on positive learning at Progressive Education, an education policy think-tank based in Hong Kong- Created a wellness course for high school students and trialed it successfully, with students shown to be more engaged in learning
