At time of retirement, the system was utilized by over 1000 employees and responsible for the guiding the delivery of over $500M of service revenue.

Full P&L responsibility for DTI's major EDiscovery data centers in Seattle, Atlanta and Portland. Drove the operational and service delivery integration of new acquisitions while achieving double digit improvements in profitability; 2 time recipient of the DTI Managing Partner of the Year award.

In the midst of the worst industry down turn in decades, revised EED's technology and business strategy, achieved organizational alignment to our market and directed the business back to profitability.

At EED, Mr. Haug is responsible for all aspects of Engineering including Product Management, Program Management, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Documentation and Release.

At Azaleos Corporation, Mr. Haug was responsible for strategic product planning as well as systems, software and test engineering.

At Pacific Edge Software, Mr. Haug was responsible for all technical operations of the company including software and quality engineering, professional services, technical support and IT operations. In this capacity, Haug has leveraged his strengths in organizational development to build a world class professional software engineering team. He also has led the development of an end-to-end, cross functional product development process that addresses the needs of the business. This comprehensive, yet agile methodology has enabled the company to hit its major ship milestones over the past 3 years.

Mr. Haug was responsible for all technology aspects of the company including R&D, Engineering development (software and systems engineering), Quality Assurance, Technical Operations and Customer Technical services.
