We are a 501c3 organization that works to provide mission trip opportunities to help fulfill the Great Commission(Matthew 28:18-19). The discipleship process that happens when we serve our Risen Lord, is what God commands us to do.

I performed duties as the Operations SGT, Scheduling SGT , Facility Manager and Range Control Officer for those 15 years. The missions of the Kansas Training Center was to provide infrastructure to soldiers and civilians that trained at the Center. Soldier from Kansas that were deploring for active duty would perform numerous trainings at the Center prior to their deployments. I supervised 8-10 full time civil service employees as well as 3-4 State employees that took care of this facility. Our mission was to maintain and operate all the classrooms, billeting, ranges and training lands for the soldiers to conduct their training.

Operations SgtKansas Army National Guard Jan 1980 - Jan 2016I taught, lead and trained young soldiers to be great leaders. I managed in the Operations section leading missions to various locations and countless missions. I also managed the Kansas Training Center in Salina Kansas for 3 years and managed the Live Fire Ranges for 10 years. I taught young men and women how to be great team leaders and discipled them along the way as well. My 36 years of experience with the Kansas Army National Guard was God preparing me for the missions field that I now work in.
