Current offices are located in downtown Jackson Hole, Wy, downtown Victor, Id and downtown Driggs, Id With twenty years of real estate brokering, real estate investment, real estate development and property management experience, I provide a proven knowledge basis for buyers and sellers of real estate in the Jackson Hole and Teton Valley areas.I am happy to be an owner at Conestoga Ranch, which is a luxury camping resort located in Bear Lake, Utah and Moose Creek Ranch, a guest ranch in Victor, Idaho. Now into our 15th year, C&C HomeServices offers premium level asset management and vacation rental representation to luxury home owners in Jackson Hole and Teton Valley, Idaho. In 2022 I began developing 40 homes at The Outpost at Mountainside Village in Victor, Id. We have completed and sold 9 homes and are moving forward with the next 10 in the Spring of 2025. I am currently focused on brokering real estate, growing and expanding C&C HomeServices, growing/continuously improving Conestoga Ranch and Moose Creek Ranch, continuing to my residential/commercial/hospitality real estate development portfolio, becoming more immersed in real estate development and continuing to expand our Conestoga Ranch brand to new locations.
