Also, I owned and managed over 300,000 S.F. of office/industrial space as a Commercial Broker - Heeter & Associates, Inc. I have experience in effectively prosecuting patents, and developing successful IP protection strategies for small businesses, in combination with social advocacy. I have experience dealing with bullies, starting from when I was a child and had to learn Judo, to finishing law school at South Texas College of Law, where I was inspired by professors such as Gerald Treece, a brilliant advocacy mentor, and Kimberlee Kovach, a legal-craft pioneer, epitomizing the value proposition of resolving conflicts through mediation. I am currently the President of Thomas Freer Heeter PA, C.P.A., J.D. (though not actively licensed to practice law). I have active real estate and C.P.A. licenses in FL.
