Tom offers two decades of combined financial and construction management experience specialising in the delivery of small to large-scale public and private infrastructure works. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.Leading teams of project and construction professionals, as a senior project manager for RP Infrastructure, Tom is responsible for the delivery and oversight of critical infrastructure projects, optimization of operational processes, and driving strategic improvements. Tom has experience working with many of Australia’s most influential brands and institutions from the government, private and not-for-profit sectors, delivering city shaping and nation-building infrastructure. Most recently, Tom has focused on client-side project delivery and commercial outcomes for a portfolio of health infrastructure projects across North Queensland. Tom possesses an easy going and approachable personality that facilitates close collaboration and teamwork with clients, stakeholders and contract partners.
