In looking at my experience and work history, you see I've been privileged to work in a variety of industries including insurance, real estate sales, mortgage loan originating, and retail sales and marketing. It's here that I performed different roles encompassing insurance claim adjustment, business start-up, territory expansion, property development and management, loan acquisition and contract negotiations, both in the Governmental and Private Sector. Analyzing insurance claims, developing sales and marketing plans, increasing productivity, sales revenue and customer satisfaction along with leading, training and mentoring both customers and colleagues are skills that allow me to excel at any project or assignment I'm given. This also provides the common thread connecting each of my work experiences. I've received awards and honors throughout my career including Baxter Healthcare's Manager and Regional Sales Manager of the Year four years consecutively and been promoted to Manager, Productivity and Performance for the Southern and Western Regions for Ohio Medical, traveling to territories needing assistance with sales, production and product distribution.
