Bo-Mer Plastics is one of the largest Custom Thermoforming operations in New York State. Located in Auburn, “the Heart of the Fingerlakes region”, the Company’s 64,000 square foot facility houses modern thermoforming machinery, state-of-the-art CAD/CAM and CNC equipment suitable for the design, development and manufacturing of thermoformed, fabricated plastic products and value added assemblies. Since 1946, Bo-Mer has been providing manufacturers of diagnostic instruments, optical, imaging, computer equipment, burial vaults and automobiles with custom thermoformed products and packaging. Consistent, high quality manufacturing, quick lead times and less than .005% return rate have enabled Bo-Mer Plastics to sustain long-term customer relationships with such leading manufacturers as Universal Instruments (Dover), Welch Allyn, Eagle Burial Vaults, Eastman Kodak Company, Heildelberg Digital, Xerox and General Motors. Bo-Mer is an ISO 9001:2015 registered and UL approved Company.In 2010 Bo-Mer continued to diversify its product offerings with the purchase of Marvin Taxicab Advertising, (Chicago IL/Boca Raton, FL) and EarthPlanter (Nashua NH) which adds rotational molding to our current processes. 2014 came with the implementation of low volume sheet metal fabrication and the addition of 2 rotational molding machines.
