Created a mechanism for the measurement of Veterans at ADP that did not exist previously.-- Built external relationships across all of corporate America and with federal agencies in order to both make use of best practices in building ADP's Veteran hiring program, as well as to showcase the work ADP was doing across the country in support of Veterans and Military Spouses.-- Built relationships with executive leaders and HRBPs throughout ADP to educate, mobilize and execute the Veterans Initiatives strategy resulting in comprehensive stakeholder engagement across all 1ADP locations and the acquisition of financial support from each business unit in support of this strategic initiative. -- Operationalized the Military Business Resource Group (MBRG) to execute internal and external engagement; resulting in a tripling of the engagement across the MBRG in less than two years. -- Led the development of a Veteran Mentoring and Onboarding Program in each of our OneADP locations to enhance the effectiveness of Veterans professional and personal growth opportunities. -- Led a comprehensive and collaborative strategic planning effort from across the senior leadership of the Academy to revise West Point’s Strategic Plan and develop a detailed Action Plan for 2015-2021, providing the strategic framework to position West Point as the leading leader development institution in the world through 2020. -- Planned and coordinated with West Point’s two primary strategic oversight committees, the West Point Board of Visitors and the Department of Defense Executive Steering Group, in support of these priorities and initiatives. -- Developed external relationships across the Department of the Army and the Department of Defense in support of West Point's overall mission.

-- Led the strategic planning effort in support of United States strategy for U.S. engagement and partnerships in South Asia, while providing critical operational advice and counsel to the U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan and other senior military and civilian leaders. -- Directed a staff of nearly 100 U.S. and NATO military officers, Department of Defense and Department of State civilians, civilian contractors, and host nation military and civilians to solve problems in support of U.S. current operations in Pakistan. -- Built external relationships across the entire interagency and international/governmental spectrum in support of U.S. strategic policy in South Asia and Pakistan.

-- Led a staff of 147 to support West Point’s nearly 900 military and civilian faculty members in their pursuit of academic, administration, research, and grant acquisition programs in support of 4,400 cadets. -- Responsible for long-term strategic planning in support of West Point's academic program, the measurement of data to continually evaluate and re-evaluate West Point's academic program, and daily problem solving in support in support of the day-to-day operations of the academic program. -- Managed a budget of $120 million along with 2 million square feet of academic space and facilities, while planning and programming for the construction of hundreds of millions of dollars of world-class facilities for the future.
