I am an aspiring Strength and Conditioning coach, I have just completed my undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Leeds Beckett University. Once I have graduated I shall be aiming to complete a Msc in S+C and work towards my UKSCA. As part of my university degree I was required to find and complete a placement, I managed to gain a placement at St.Helens and completed the hours needed for my course. I then continued my placement when I could. I apply myself to the professional environment in an appropriate manner (punctual and reliable), with good organisation and time management skills. I have had experience with working with groups of players/athletes and being able to communicate with these well. I enjoy playing, watching and coaching sport at any level.

  This is a voluntary position, during this time I have been lucky enough to work with players who have now made there debut this season. I have been trusted to carry out various conditioning sessions with groups of players either coming back from injury, who need an extra bit of work or haven't been selected for that weeks game. I have also shadowed the Head strength and conditioning coach and helped out with various tasks in and around the gym.
