• In my current role I lead the Reception staff and Indoor Skydiving instructors to ensure the best and safest customer experience at iFLY Milton Keynes, whilst ensuring the branch achieve volume and profitability.
• Contribute and delivery of the Customer strategy, in line with the iFLY strategic objectives
• Recruiting new members of staff and completing staff appraisals
• Arranging staff meetings to ensure clear communication and the daily objectives are set
• Completing the appropriate Training of new and existing staff and ensuring ongoing development
• Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff) both face to face, written and over the telephone
