As the sole point of contact for the residents and owners of a 470-unit condominium complex, tasked with coordinating Maintenance with outside vendors in ongoing property upkeep, accounting for all receivables, data entry and record-keeping on all tenant/owner activity for reporting to the HOA.

As a member of two important new initiatives within the Department of Choice/Enrollment and the Office of Continuous Improvement (First/Second Round Enrollment and Transcript and Course Code Support, respectively), I acted as an interface between the departments and the public as well as a communications strategist for interconnecting various department goals.Primary Responsibilities:Data Entry/Content Management – responsible for accurate production of deliverables (registration and enrollment clarification; training manuals and website content relating to transcript analysis)Customer Liaison – responsible for handling all requests from both internal stakeholders and external participants (primarily parents for Enrollment; instructional tool end-users for Transcript Support).As a member of the Student Submissions Department, I was responsible for ongoing data collection and verification surrounding both the “October Count” and “Report Card March” submissions to the Colorado Department of Education.Primary Responsibilities:Data Entry – responsible for collecting all information necessary to ensure a thorough and correct reporting to the Colorado Department of Education per their guidelines, thereby securing the maximum state funding per student allowed.School Contact – liaising with schools across the district to ascertain the veracity of various data proofs required by the Colorado Department of Education, per state submission guidelines.

I reviewed all files for residential sales in an office of 18 real estate agents, maintained weekly and monthly statistics reporting for the franchise Broker/Owner as well as RE/MAX International, and assisted the Office Manager in regular duties (marketing, database management, administrative services, etc.).Primary Responsibilities:Staff Management – completing education on sales/filing processes for incoming agents; completing exit paperwork for departing agents; assisting in day-to-day deadline prep for various transactions (both Listings and Sales); calendaring agent activities (ensuring all deadlines are adhered to by the responsible parties according to contractual obligation: inspections, appraisals, closings).Escrow Management – Primary contact for receiving and producing closing funds (ministering to the company escrow account). Facilities Management – responsible for liaising with the local fire department and private security firms in keeping the physical plant secure; worked in conjunction with the Office Manager to secure maintenance attention to both the Avenues office and surrounding environs (up to and including contract negotiations with the various grounds-keeping and office machinery vendors).
