- Responsible for developing, managing and maintaining relationships that contribute to achieving Tolko's goals of improving stakeholder relations in all four Provinces (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia). - Fostering relationships with elected government officials, including First Nations elected officials. - Liaise with elected government officials, peers in other forest products companies, peers in other sectors (i.e. oil and gas, mining), First Nations Chiefs and Councils.

- Responsible for the leadership and direction of the Regional Woodlands and for all woodlands activities within the Cariboo Region.- Worked in a collaborative manner with the four Cariboo Business Units, other Divisional and Regional Woodlands to satisfy the fiber demands (3 million m3) of the manufacturing facilities while optimizing the cost of wood delivered.- Represent the interests of Tolko in negotiation of timber supply, harvesting agreements, road and transportation agreements.- Represent the interests of Tolko in the effective management of two Joint Venture (First Nation) companies.
