Arlon Graphics, LLC Europe - European Sales Manager. My role is to manage and grow regional sales through adding and managing distribution channels and direct sales. Primary responsibility is for the majority of the mainland European Market:-Established new vinyl-film distribution in over 15 countries in Central, Southern and Eastern Europe-Management and revenue growth of multiple distribution partners in multiple countries-Hired, managed and trained, internal and distributor sales reps, on all aspects of sales, with a focus on graphic films-During time with the company, we grew the European business and brand from $2,5 million USD to $24 million.

Arlon Graphics, LLC Europe - Sales - UK and Ireland My role is to develop a pipeline of potential accounts, grow distribution sales volume through opening new accounts and rapidly increase brand recognition.Primary responsibility is for the UK and Ireland Markets:- B2B cold and warm sales calls, into the UK and Ireland markets, specifically within the sign and graphics industry. - Opening on average 20 new accounts/conversions per month.-Worked closely to target a list of direct, high potential, end-user accounts.-In an initial team of two, grew the UK and Ireland business during an 18 month period, from under $2 million to $6 million USD
