I have multiple certifications in Splunk Enterprise Security, Crowdstrike Falcon, and Okta Single Sign-On, which demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in these platforms. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my skills, and I am motivated by the opportunity to help customers solve their complex challenges and achieve their goals.Before joining Splunk, I worked at Gatwick Airport for nearly four years, progressing from an IT Service Desk Analyst to a Senior Cyber Operations Specialist. In these roles, I gained valuable experience in investigating alerts, monitoring network traffic, administering and optimising the Splunk Cloud Stack, developing the in-house SIEM capability, and producing and maintaining knowledge articles and playbooks. I worked with a diverse and collaborative team, contributing to the security posture and compliance of the airport. I completed my high school education at The Eastbourne Academy, where I developed a keen interest in IT and security.
