Responsible for the development of the TA Middle Market Lending Fund, a closed end Asia private debt fund focused on funding the vertical consolidation of supply chains (TA was the largest trade/supply chain finance fund platform in Asia).

Managing Partner/Chief Investment Officer - AsiaBuilt and managed the Asia business that originated, structured, managed and exited $321mm of Asian investments generating > 20% IRR (focus on China asset backed lending, Vietnam real estate, Myanmar, Mongolia) and managed a JV in China that worked out ~$1bn of NPL. Led a team of liquid portfolio managers focused on Asia event trading generating a 14% annualized return over 7 years. Sat on the global IC and Exco. Served as NED for a number of China and Vietnam companies, including Vietnam SOE (having led the privatizations).

Portfolio Manager for global credit hedge fund - running an open end fund. Restructured a post Asian crisis real estate portfolio and led a private lending transaction in Indonesia.

C-suite role in fintech subsidiary (multi-dealer electronic credit trading platform) of JP Morgan in partnership with Income Partners (injected into management team by JP Morgan). Managed financial, legal, operations, public relations, data and content groups. Platform sold to HSBC.

Started career as management trainee in New York. Worked assignments in London, Singapore and Tokyo with most focus on supporting Asia senior management on strategic planning and investments.
