Template sign-off achieved for PlaceMakers NZ prior to project being placed on-hold. Led the team responsible for group template development, scoping workshops (on-site & virtual), solution design, edge interface design, testing script development and support (SIT / UAT), supported by TCS integration team. Supported implementation through on-site support in ELS phase and successfully handed over to BAU teams.

Newly created role to drive customer service excellence. Successful implementation of Cisco Finesse replacing multiple legacy systems across 18 sites with 100+ people. Commenced rollout of Ricoh LaserFiche to improve efficiencies, reduce paper and facilitate load sharing across sites. Launched NPS surveys leading to step change improvements in NPS.

Whole of business transformation project. Main projects included waste reduction, inventory optimisation and development and launch of Stramit's customer promise.

Responsible for manufacturing, purchasing, planning, transport and warehousing for Stramit Erskine Park. Launched Manufacturing Excellence Program, achieving Cert III qualifications for factory supervisors and operators.

Responsible for the RB Australia Aerosol factory producing 40m cans, t/o $70m with key brands including Mortein & Airwick. 4 high speed production lines with 5 x 24 peak production. Through implementation of OEE improvement program delivered improvements from 45% - 65% OEE on key lines. Led improvement program after implementation of packaging area capital works, working closely with machine vendors to lift performance of 2 x high speed packers.
