-Wrote Custom Applications to provide operators Print on Demand and View On Demand.---Applications used the Job Order BOM to organize a work Document in sections by operations and display drawings from the ERP systems Item Card.-Wrote application to use the shipping information from the sales order to ensure items placed in box were programmed, scanned and it is complete kit i.e. EARN A LABEL. This application printed the shipping label with OUT using a 3rd party application.-Assist users in finding or creating solutions that make them more productive. -Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.-offer guidance to help users use technology and solve common IT problems.-Establish , maintain, and increase client satisfaction through professional, courteous, and caring service.-Provide support after hours by remote or on site.-Monitor NOC alerts and as necessary coordinate further action.-Contribute to company vision and direction by helping improve technical practices as well as choosing key technologies and address issues as the company grow.-Perform maintenance and updates on the IT systems, telephones systems and SQL databases.-Assist in setting up Microsoft Dynamics NAV and convert existing ERP system to NAV-Manage VLAN’s and VPN firewalls.
