- Design and execute integrations, operations and performance solutions in customer projects independently.- Deployment on the transformation of PSTN to Next-Generation-Network (NGN) for Taiwan largest telecom operator - Chunghwa Telecom mainly for SIP-based solution, Emergency Call, Lawful Interception, Media Server, Presence service and IPTV solution technologies.- Technical leadership for solving complex system integration tasks and achieving all necessary end-to-end system integration work.

Developing a Logistic Information System as a centralized management platform with a distributed architecture for the logistic service of Taiwanese armies. The system deployed more than 1,000 nodes in the whole nationwide military camps, allowing the national army to plan and allocate the logistics, resources in more effective grasp of military stocks control and allocation.
