This was driven by findings by both the PRA & OCC. Responsibilities included:- Formed Data Quality work stream based on Pilot Mode testing for Fixed Income Products. Built a semi-automated template that ingested extracts from the Credit Check System to produce Daily MI reports on failures and their causes. - Utilized Daily MI Reporting to analyze intraday credit messages with the aim of improving fail rate. Used detailed product and business understanding to facilitate and drive improvements ultimately leading to an 80 % reduction in Intraday Credit excesses in Silent Mode.- Produced Daily MI Reporting that was shared with the Senior Stakeholders (Business & Risk) across Fixed Income, Commodities & Equities to drive reduction in error messages. Best example of this was highlighting 1,500 daily messages being produced by a specific account that did not have an appropriate Risk Rating – used this to harmonize ratings across this account type reducing insufficient credit messages by 40%.- Conducted detailed review of current system architecture to understand current state and in scope systems to simplify the landscape and better understand ecosystems. This analysis was also used to understand which products could most easily be onboarded.

Tier 1 US Investment Bank - Intraday Credit Risk Equities TOM - Senior BAThe workstream is committed to implementing a new FLOD Control Team that monitors Intraday credit exposure. This was driven by findings by both the PRA & OCC.There are 2 key elements: 1. The Technology infrastructure to support the new Function 2. The associated Target Operating Model (TOM)His responsibilities include:- Business analysis driving the creation of a new operating model for the equities business.- Review of current system architecture to understand current state and in scope systems.- Review of business model to understand the key deliverables in the first phase. Global Technology Firm – Regulatory Reporting Implementation Team – Senior PM- Lead the implementation of two specially designed Basel III Regulatory Reporting tools at a two Tier 2 European Banks, managing the project implementation path and key milestones.- Worked in Salesforce to carefully manage the project planning, budgets and risks of each of the implementation projects.- Managed and delivered the Steering Committee which included creation of the pack, drawing from resources at both the Bank and internal team. Chaired these monthly meetings ensuring each session was followed with detailed notes and actions. - Presented weekly updates to European Regulatory project council at Moody’s on the status of the projects and provided a clear action plan and targets in order to meet the proposed deadlines.- Successfully delivered Basel III Regulatory Reporting tool in a Tier 2 Danish Bank moving the project from Red status to completion in under 6 months.- Successfully delivered Basel III for COREP & SREP at Tier 2 European Bank which at the time of arrival was 18months delayed.

HSBC - LIBOR MSS PRA Reporting Lead- Responsible for the implementation and management of reporting the bank’s IBOR exposure in Global Markets (GM) to the PRA.- Regularly engaged with Senior Stakeholders (CFO/COO) when leading detailed review workshops on a quarterly basis to analyse IBOR data and supporting commentary in order to obtain approval.- Worked extensively with the Bank’s Derivative exposure, conducting detailed analysis on quarterly moves both in gross-notional exposure and DV01 risk values. Producing detailed commentary and analysis on the moves that were presented to Business Managers, Front Office and Heads of Desks.- Played a lead role in the creation of the BAU Exposure Reporting Tool based on extensive knowledge of the bank’s systems and exposure. The tool is also currently being used to track Client Transitions.Conducted a detailed GAP analysis on the DV01 methodology in order to highlight any gaps in the process and key drivers for increased Trade Risk.

This included designing and refining 22 detailed process maps. Also worked alongside the team in compiling the detailed TOM design deck & artifacts such as the taxonomy.- Tableau Visualisation Tool - Worked alongside the technology lead in designing the template for the security model for access to the secure data lake & Tableau.
