Responsible for employee listening

As a consultant at Willis Towers Watson, I worked with a wide variety of Fortune 1000 companies to help improve their people strategy.Key responsibilities:- Development of global employee listening strategies (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse surveys)- Build reporting, data tools, & visualizations for various stakeholders across my client organizations to inform key business decisions- Lead large, complex people projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and project quality- Coach and develop team members- Act as a strategic partner to clients to understand their needs and business objectives- Technical design and implementation of research strategies and/or workplace solutions- Analyze data (e.g., HRIS, business/financial data, employee survey results), interpret, and present actionable insights to all levels of company management

Key responsibilities: - Manage and analyze longitudinal employee satisfaction survey, exit questionnaire, and workforce data (e.g., recruiting, separation, transfer, etc.) using a variety of database and statistical analysis software; write SPSS syntax, VBA, or SQL to automate data transformations and analyses - Identify meaningful findings and trends in data; compile and communicate findings in an understandable way, in the forms of key metrics, reports, and presentations - Provide solutions to internal workforce issues through the study of external labor and business data, internal workforce and survey data, and academic and professional journals

Developed course materials for undergraduate and graduate statistics and research methods courses. Independently taught an undergraduate statistics course, instructing students on how to choose the appropriate statistical technique given a specific research question, and teaching them how to conduct the analyses in SPSS.
