- Developed (with the other MT members) the sales & marketing strategy which lead to a grow of the business - Introduced the iTero digital impression system in the Netherlands - Engaged weekly with the other MT members on target setting and evaluation of the latest results, KPI’s and operational activities. - Responsible for the international Excent sales & marketing strategy, tactics and international, national en regional activities;- Partly responsible for the total turnover of Excent dental labs in the Netherland and Belgium.- Lead the marketing department on:o Marketing strategies; o Corporate Identity;o DTP;o Market research;o Social Media policy;o Special events like sport events and education trips;o Dental symposia and congresses;o Dental education.- Lead “independent” brands/sales organisations:- Building and continue strategic partnerships with dental depots, financial institutions and dental services.- Keyaccountmanagement for a several keyaccounts in the Netherlands.
