I am working in a famous e-filing company Vitova Co. Ltd. since 2003, my position is the Chief Technology Officer of the Company and responsible for defining product strategy and architecture of the system and direction for the technical development. 2 major product lines are developed under the supervision of me. A document management system with .NET 3.5, MS-SQL and full text search were successfully implemented. It was a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) system and supported both client/server and browser/server architecture. An intelligent imaging application was developed with Visual Basic, C++ and MS-SQL Express. It is the first in class standalone or departmental image capturing application in the market. I also established the Shenzhen R&D center from zero and successfully migrated the product development process from Hong Kong to PRC. This strategy move helped to reduce the production cost to 30% and increased the whole productivity for 5 times. I have successfully implemented Agile SDLC during software production.
