Refurbishing donated desktop and laptop computers to be redistributed to those who cannot afford to purchase their own computer. Assessment of hardware, break-fix repairs, cleaning, imaging with a new Linux operating system. In addition performed special tasks as needed such as hard drive DoD level erasures, password resets, asset and inventory tracking, installation of new employee computers, transferring user accounts, SharePoint setup, and initiating a new communication method for volunteers.
