Oversight of all Heritage Fund investment activity in Scotland.

-Member of the management team responsible for maintaining a strategic overview of potential bids and sector developments in Scotland. -Involved in leading a highly effective team, including line management of investment managers.-Provide advice on project development, value for money, strategic need, audience development, visitor experience and sustainability.-Undertake detailed assessment and work closely with heritage consultants, the Scotland Committee, and senior HLF staff, to support the Fund's decision making process on grant applications between £3,000 and £5 million.-Responsible for advice, support and monitoring of a portfolio of projects, principally large, complex capital schemes.-Manage relations with projects in difficulty, including dependencies with the Fund's processes and impacts on stakeholder management and mitigating reputational risks.

Responsible for coordinating the delivery of ten new permanent exhibition galleries of Art & Design and Science & Technology, as part of this £14.1 million project. The galleries include over 3,000 objects and nearly 150 interactives, films and touchscreens.Oversaw the project's direct works packages, including object mounts, films, digital interactives, mechanical interactives, and graphics.Managed the client approvals process for the main contract's design elements and the direct works packages. The galleries won Best Permanent Exhibition at the 2017 Museums & Heritage Awards.
