- Member of Practitioners Advisory Group, bringing frontline perspective & experience to direction, programmes & strategy of VRU.- Evaluating for commissioning of VRU tenders.

- Leading strategic development of a partnership of eight Lambeth based youth organisations. - Overseeing the operational activities and funded services of the partnership.- Chairing CEO Steering Groups.

- Overseeing operational delivery of targeted support projects for vulnerable young people, including health based, early prevention, therapeutic, 1:1 and group programs across local primary and secondary schools.- Providing a high-quality, evidence based youth liaison service across 3 hospitals, and two boroughs- supporting young people impacted by violence and crime, or long-term health conditions.- Line-management of youth practitioners, therapists, and support staff across several programs, whilst also acting as a safeguarding lead for these provisions.- Coordinating and co-chairing a network for external youth services and organisations across north Lambeth.- Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and partnerships, generating fresh innovations and funding streams.- Co-producing and co-delivering a wider strategy for violence prevention across Oasis UK.

- Leading and delivering an effective and holistic mentoring service to young people aged 12-24 who attend A&E due to violence. - Collaborating with University based researchers to facilitate a high-quality evaluation of the service. - Engaging collaboratively with borough-wide partners.

- Support students aged 10-15 who have been excluded from mainstream education, with-in an alternative education environment. Assisting them with academic learning, behaviour management, and emotional development.- Organize educational and developmental activities and trips.
