As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks I am responsible for owning the relationship between Databricks and a select number of large Retail organisations.This involves working with their C-level Executives and leading my wider Databricks v-team to accelerate business outcomes such as demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and real time point of sale analytics.

My role at Microsoft involved managing Global Enterprise level organisations and working with their C-level Executives to digitally transform their business using Microsoft's Azure Data and AI technologies. Over the past 3 years at Microsoft I have overachieved on all targets, I have managed scale/new logo patches of 100 customers moving up to managing 2 global customers which has helped me develop the below skills and experiences:• Engaging with executive stakeholders in line of business functions and IT • Owning the Microsoft Data and AI relationship between a select number of strategic clients • Supporting and building up customer contacts to be advocates of Microsoft Technology to help drive digital transformation • Being a thought leader for strategic business outcomes using Data and AI technologies • Building business cases for digital transformation projects including large cloud commitment deals• Defining business and tech use cases from business and IT stakeholders • Consulting stakeholders on where technologies such as analytics and cognitive services can improve their business processes.• Leading a team of architects, SMEs and engineers to ensure a high quality of software delivery.• Facilitating the work of certified software delivery partners and ISVs.• Tracking the progress of data and cloud projects using internal CRM and processes.• Helping customers understand the benefit of data driven architectures to achieve their business outcomes (Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Lakehouse etc)• Using proven sales methodologies and processes, such as GAP selling, MEDDPICC, Challenger selling, and producing Territory and Account plans for internal senior leadership.

I worked as a consultant and project manager for the Kent IT consultancy, activities included:• Consulted a business on existing cloud technologies and products including how their platform would be scaled, including risks and benefits to both business and technology.• Project manager and consultant for a project that involved gathering client requirements, designing user experience concepts and creating a prototype mobile application.• Worked as the project manager and consultant for a cyber security project that assessed ~30 businesses cyber security risks.• Participated in hiring activities (assessment centres and interviews) for the next cohort of IT consultants.• Designing and running a series of workshops to train customers to use relevant websites tools and methodologies.• Communicating with key stakeholders to define the scope and direction of multiple projects.• Using IBMs design thinking process in order to solve business issues using a technical solution.* This role was done as part of my degree at the University of Kent.

At Pfizer, I worked within Information Management's Regulatory Solutions group, this included:• Leading a software automation project, gathering requirements from senior stakeholders and implemented a solution that both simplified user process and saved resources.• Working in a cross-functional project team with personal from three different continents to deliver multiple software release projects within a highly regulated environment.• Interfacing with internal business groups to gather and document requirements for system releases, as well as identifying pain points in high traffic user processes.• Negotiated with digital partners and external vendors to ensure software system changes meet both business and technical specifications. • Took responsibility for hiring and onboarding a new member of staff to work in a global team.• Investigated external automation technologies by collaborating with relevant experts and presenting findings to senior management for potential future implementation.*This role was an undergraduate role for 1 year during my degree.
