Starting out as an apprentice cheese maker and earning my qualifications through Reaseheath College whilst also being trained by vastly experienced dairy experts on site. After a few years I was given the opportunity to become the head cheesemaker which allowed me to develop my own dairy skills and knowledge further. Now after many years of developing new products and winning a good helping of awards, my focus is on managing the cheese making team to continue with the company's high quality premium products.
