I have more than 13 years experience of leadership of people within companies managing and supplying solutions for water handling, providing a healthy and safe environment and reusing all the resources as much as financially reasonable and providing sustainable solutions - totally I’ve been in this business for more than 16 years.During my career I have had responsibility for a numerous of different roles within strategy development and implementation at more or less all levels, including the daily operational level and the following change management and follow up - as well as sales strategies and execution of projects towards our end users.My strength and add-value lies in being delegated the trust and competence. When I have this I will deliver a top motivated leader who succeeds in the developing and implementing the strategy and change management throughout the whole organisation since I have a unique capability of being able to work on all levels. Over the years my profile has changed from management to leadership with listening, coaching and delegation of competences and mutual trust as keywords, which is very clear in eNPS from the team I have had the responsibility for.I have a strong result- and developing-oriented leadership gene, and I appreciate and contribute with new thinking, ideas and innovation which can improve, simplify and optimise workflows and thereby cut to the core. Besides that I like to get things done - done on time, on cost, on spec in the right quality.
