My role included the P&L management along with a particular focus on digital product with several direct reports including product, UX, partnerships and marketing, my key achievements included:- Created the companies first unified strategy for renters to target them with product at both the time they move and living in a property- Made significant changes to the sign up process, the renter referencing journey and app home screen to deliver a significant increase in, marketing permissions increasing 5x- Increased the sales of time of move products (eg utility switching) by 10x by making weekly changes to the sales funnel utilising a test and learn approach. - Worked alongside the management team to secure a £3 million Seed extension fund raising round- Went from 0 to 1 through the creation Canopy’s first subscription product for renters called Canopy Grow which utilised Open Banking to help renters with their financial health Show less

Senior leader in the GI strategy team my key achievements included:- Led the Commercial Due Diligence for the acquisition of Legal and General GI (£242m deal)- Setup a strategy academy where managers from the company could spend 6 months on secondment- Developed a strategy to enter and win the electric car market when there were only 80,000 electric cars on the road and got ExCo and Board buy in to execute on it.

Working within the GI Strategy my key achievements included:- Supported the exploration of the strategic options for the LV= group capital raise- Led the commercial engagement with Allianz for their due diligence of LV=GI (£1 billion deal)- Led the due diligence of the Allianz personal lines business that LV=GI acquired as part of the Allianz deal- Setup and ran the annual strategy development process with ExCo and the board.
