I oversaw the installation, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS), including lighting control systems (LCS) and other ELV systems. Additionally, I handled the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) systems using Bosch Praesideo software. My responsibilities included managing project activities such as reviewing and approving drawings, submittals, and procurement processes. I coordinated with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones were met on time, and served as the primary point of contact for addressing site instructions and providing updates during technical meetings with the sales team.In addition to these duties, I prepared closeout documents and technical submissions, assisted in estimating work quantities for monthly payments, and ensured the timely submission of all required documentation. I planned daily targets to keep the project on track and supported the estimation team in preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). During critical phases of the project, I provided emergency support to the AV and Smart Home system teams and accompanied clients on-site to offer detailed project explanations and address any concerns.

I worked closely with main contractors to oversee and guide sub-contractors on the implementation of Building Management Systems (BMS) and fire alarm systems for projects like the MOI Headquarters, Mall of Qatar, Falcon Tower, and Q-post Head Office Renovation. I managed the daily progress of BMS installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring the work met quality and efficiency standards. My role also involved preparing daily progress reports for the construction manager, detailing the ongoing installation and commissioning activities. I provided technical advice to sub-contractors, helping them resolve any challenges encountered during the process. Additionally, I conducted site inspections with clients and consultants to ensure that the installations adhered to project specifications and standards.

My role involved using Metasys Commissioning Software by Johnson Controls to program and commission systems, including master controllers and FEC controllers. I also supervised the installation of field devices and oversaw the setup of BMS workstations, including graphics preparation. Additionally, I developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensured thorough documentation.
