My intent:- Work with owner(s) and/or stakeholders to understand their goals, research the property's location and municipal requirements. - Convey potential issues, provide solutions and options for best design path. - Provide proposals for ISG team members time and schedule of construction activities.- Coordinate survey(s) and/or geotechnical services. - Provide site design options to identify building locations and access points. - Further design of parking lots and drives, building ADA access pathways, loading docks, driveways, curb and gutter, walkways, landscaping, stormwater management, and erosion controls.- Complete stormwater management including modeling calculations.- Provide construction documents to meet permitting requirements.- Submit project drawings, documents and calculations to municipal and/or DNR reviewers for approval. - Work with contractors throughout construction to provide the best project experience for the owner.- Provide Construction oversight.
